For most Americans, a new home is their biggest single investment. Its quality should be of paramount importance.
A new car may be your second largest investment, but you wouldn’t think of buying it from a dealer who dropped all the parts your front lawn in the rain...and then sent various people to assemble the pieces over a period of months.
WHY SHOULD YOU BUY A HOUSE THAT IS BUILT THAT WAY?
Our modular houses are built by skilled crafts-people in
state-of-the-art plants where materials are protected from harmful
weather damage. Neither bad weather nor the scheduling of
sub-contractors delay our construction process. All of the trades are
on site, productively working in a climate-controlled environment.
Modular homes come in hundreds of designs from 1,500 to 4,000 sq. ft. and up! Capes, ranches, 2 story, and even 2 1/2 story home designs are available. You don't have to "settle" for another copy of stick construction from a tract builder. Choose a house that meets your needs from over sixty designs. You will also be surprised at the design and custom options that can be included, too. Click to find out more!
Depending on model, our modular homes are 85% - 90% complete when they arrive at your site. Completion work--including finishing the electrical and plumbing work started in the factory, and installing the HVAC system--is usually finished within 4 - 5 weeks. On average you can move into your new home in 1/2 to 1/3 the time of a traditional site built home. To see a typical construction of a modular home, click on See One Built.
